TIMELINE: Flood Watch issued through Friday night for Houston, tracking waves of rain and storms
HOUSTON – A flood watch has been issued for Harris County, as well as Brazos, Colorado, Fort Bend, Grimes, Madison, Montgomery, Liberty, Polk, San Jacinto, Walker, Waller, Washington, and Wharton counties. The watch goes into effect 3 a.m. Friday and ends 4 a.m. Saturday.
