Arsenal pulled off a big move late in the summer transfer window by signing England forward Eberechi Eze, who was a reported target of north London rival Tottenham. Eze joined from Crystal Palace on Saturday for a reported initial fee of 60 million pounds ($80 million).

Eze, who spent part of his youth career at Arsenal between 2006 and 2011, now makes a high-profile return to North London. He has signed a long-term contract and will wear the iconic No.10 shirt, carrying big expectations with it.

A mural of Eberechi Eze which was painted near the Emirates Stadium has been defaced after the England international snubbed Tottenham to join Arsenal. The 27-year-old sealed his move back to his boyhood club ahead of Arsenal's Premier League clash with Leeds.
