Hours after gunmen killed 15 people at Sydney's Bondi Beach in an attack authorities said targeted a Jewish festival, a video of a Christmas fireworks display was shared in posts claiming it showed "Islamists" celebrating the shooting.

New South Wales Premier Chris Minns said the attack "was designed to target Sydney's Jewish community on the first day of Hanukkah."
