The company had delayed pre-orders for its highly anticipated new console to evaluate the impact of President Donald Trump’s tariffs.

“Nintendo Switch 2 accessories will experience price adjustments from those announced on April 2 due to changes in market conditions,” the company said in a statement, warning that “other adjustments to the price of any Nintendo product are also possible in the future depending on market conditions.”

The Nintendo Switch 2 price will still be $449.99 in the US, with a $499.99 Mario Kart World bundle also available at launch, despite new tariffs imposed by the Trump administration, Nintendo announced today. After a delay, Switch 2 pre-orders will begin in the US on April 24.
